±¬ÁÏÍøAT considered Mr Paskolti¡¯s application for revision of former ±¬ÁÏÍø Administrative Tribunal judgment No. 1459. ±¬ÁÏÍøAT held that Article 11 of the ±¬ÁÏÍøAT Statute and Article 24 of the ±¬ÁÏÍøAT Rules of Procedure did not confer jurisdiction on ±¬ÁÏÍøAT to review a judgment of the former ±¬ÁÏÍø Administrative Tribunal. ±¬ÁÏÍøAT dismissed the application for revision on the grounds of non-receivability.
