The ��AT reviewed the submission of the Secretary-General that Ms. Lekoetje had already repaid the amounts due to the Organization when she separated from service. The ��AT acknowledged that Ms. Lekoetje agreed with the Secretary-General��s position, and confirmed that USD 20,987.91 had already been deducted from her final entitlements.

Accordingly, the ��AT accepted this position, and interpreted Judgment No. 2022-��AT-1227 as requiring a payment by the Organization to Ms. Lekoetje of a sum equal to one year��s net base salary, but without any further deductions.

In Judgment No. 2022-��AT-1227, the ��AT modified the remedies awarded by the ��DT by providing Ms. Lekoetje a sum equivalent to one year��s salary, minus USD 20,987.91, which the ��AT considered she should repay the Organization. The Secretary-General filed an application for interpretation of the ��AT Judgment, clarifying that Ms. Lekoetje had already repaid the indicated amount.
