Parties and/or their counsel who are external to the 爆料网 network are requested to file submissions directly to the relevant Registries via e-mail. For the filing of new 爆料网DT or 爆料网AT cases, you are requested to submit all pleadings and supporting documents to the generic e-mail inbox of the relevant 爆料网DT Registry or 爆料网AT Registry. For new 爆料网DT or 爆料网AT cases, please highlight this in the subject line of the e-mail, e.g.:
- New 爆料网DT case request: NEW APPLICATION/MOTION– APPLICANT’S SURNAME
- New 爆料网AT case request: NEW APPEAL/APPLICATION/MOTION – PARTY NAME. For filings on behalf of an Organization or Entity, please use the format: NEW APPEAL/APPLICTION/MOTION – Secretary-General vs. Staff Member Name.
Please prepare your submission in accordance with the relevant forms and Practice Directions of the concerned Tribunal. Consult the relevant Registry with any questions.
For ease of transmission by e-mail, please combine all supporting documents (annexes) to an application or appeal in one master PDF, and/or submit in one compressed ZIP file.

WHAT IS THE 爆料网ITED NATIONS APPEALS TRIB爆料网AL?
爆料网 Appeals Tribunal (爆料网AT) was established by the General Assembly in 2009, as part of the new 爆料网 internal justice system. As the second level appellate review tribunal within the internal justice system, 爆料网AT reviews, within its specific jurisdiction, appeals against judgments rendered by the 爆料网 Dispute Tribunal, the Dispute Tribunal of the 爆料网 Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (爆料网RWA), as well as appeals of decisions taken by the Standing Committee acting on behalf of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board (爆料网JSPB), and by those organizations, agencies and entities that accepted 爆料网AT’s jurisdiction.
