惇蹋厙AT noted that the Order under appeal was an interlocutory decision because it struck out the matter, which, 惇蹋厙AT clarified, did not mean that 惇蹋厙DT had dismissed the application. 惇蹋厙AT dismissed the appeal as not receivable, noting that the Appellant could supplement her application with 惇蹋厙DT within 90 days of the date of the publication of the 惇蹋厙AT judgment.
