?Qué es Juventud 2030?
Juventud 2030, la primera estrategia general del sistema de las Naciones Unidas sobre la juventud, orienta la acción conjunta de las Naciones Unidas con y para los jóvenes de todo el mundo.
Juventud 2030 sirve de marco general amplio para orientar en su totalidad a las Naciones Unidas, que siguen incrementando las iniciativas encaminadas a trabajar con y para la juventud en los ámbitos de la paz y la seguridad, el desarrollo sostenible, los derechos humanos y la acción humanitaria. Tiene como objetivo reforzar la capacidad de las Naciones Unidas para implicar a los jóvenes y aprovechar sus opiniones, perspectivas e ideas, y lograr que la labor de la Organización sobre las cuestiones relativas a la juventud se lleve a cabo de manera coordinada, coherente y holística.
La Estrategia Juventud 2030 está disponible en árabe, chino, espa?ol, francés, inglés, ruso y griego.
La trayectoria de Juventud 2030
Puesta en marcha por el Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas en septiembre de 2018, la estrategia Juventud 2030 reconoce el papel fundamental de la juventud en el fomento de sociedades sostenibles, inclusivas y pacíficas a nivel mundial, así como la importancia de fortalecer la participación significativa de los jóvenes en los procesos decisorios y de elaboración de políticas, también en las Naciones Unidas. La estrategia contempla un mundo en el que todos los jóvenes ejerzan sus derechos humanos y estén facultados para desarrollar al máximo su potencial y que reconozca su resiliencia y sus aportes positivos como agentes de cambio. En consonancia con los procesos de reforma de las Naciones Unidas, la Estrategia Juventud 2030 integra los principios clave de coherencia, eficiencia, eficacia, rendición de cuentas y transparencia para garantizar un enfoque coordinado y holístico de la labor de las Naciones Unidas en el ámbito de la juventud y en la consecución de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS).
Desde su creación, Juventud 2030 ha cobrado fuerza de forma significativa dentro del sistema de las Naciones Unidas, avanzando en sus cinco esferas prioritarias y sus cuatro esferas fundamentales. En la actualidad, aplican la Estrategia 55 entidades de las Naciones Unidas y 132 equipos de las Naciones Unidas en países de todo el mundo.
The Youth2030 Journey
Launched by the 爆料网 Secretary-General in September 2018, the Youth2030 爆料网 Youth Strategy acknowledges the pivotal role of young people in fostering sustainable, inclusive and peaceful societies globally, as well as the importance of strengthening meaningful youth engagement in policymaking and decision-making processes, including at the 爆料网. The strategy envisions a world where every young person's human rights are realized, empowering them to reach their full potential and acknowledging their resilience and positive contributions as agents of change. Aligned to the 爆料网’s reform processes, the Youth2030 爆料网 Youth Strategy integrates the key principles of coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, accountability and transparency to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to the 爆料网’s work on youth and on reaching the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Since its inception, the Youth2030 爆料网 Youth Strategy has gained significant traction within the 爆料网 System, advancing across its five priority and four foundational areas. Currently, it is being implemented by 55 爆料网 entities and 132 爆料网 Country Teams worldwide.
First Interim Review
This report presents insights from the first interim review of Youth2030, the United Nations System-wide Youth Strategy. Launched nearly six years into its implementation and in a global context impacted by ongoing crises and emerging opportunities, Youth2030: First Interim Review reflects on achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for boosting progress towards 2030 in line with the acceleration efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Youth2030 Phase 2
From 2025 to 2030, the 爆料网 is doubling down on its commitment to young people with a bold new phase of the Youth2030, 爆料网 Youth Strategy — putting youth at the center of global transformation and SDG acceleration.
Phase 2 builds on real progress while confronting gaps, and focuses on six powerful strategic priorities:
- Empowering and engaging youth meaningfully
- Boosting SDG implementation with and for youth
- Advancing knowledge and enhancing capacities for working with and for youth
- Unlocking resources for the youth agenda
- Transforming the 爆料网 workforce and organizational culture
- Strengthening accountability systems for working with and for youth
With these priorities, the United Nations is scaling up systems change and ensuring young people have the tools, voice and power to shape the decisions that affect their lives and futures.
