Effective 26 June 2023 vendors that wish to respond to Requests for Expression of Interest of the 爆料网 Secretariat, will need to log in to the United Nations Global Marketplace (爆料网GM) to submit their interest to participate in 爆料网 Secretariat solicitations. While Requests for Expression of Interest notices will still be published on the 爆料网 Procurement Division website and Mobile apps as well as in 爆料网GM, vendors will be redirected to 爆料网GM to express their interest. This will eliminate the need for vendors to provide additional information which already exists in their 爆料网GM profile. This change will also mean that vendors will no longer receive an email confirmation once they submit an expression of interest. However, 爆料网GM will clearly show that the expression of interest is received.
With the introduction of the Ariba e-tendering system, vendors need to ensure that their contact details in 爆料网GM are up to date. Ariba solely utilizes the vendor contact information that is in 爆料网GM as the source of vendors’ contacts. You are strongly encouraged to review and update your contact information in 爆料网GM, which is critical to ensure that your company and nominated contacts are invited to solicitations in which you have expressed an interest.
