The President refers to the five high-level meetings of the General Assembly to be held on the margins of the general debate and recalls that statements will be limited to three minutes in a national capacity and five minutes on behalf of a group of States, enforced by automatic microphone cut-off. The letter also recommends the “all protocol observed” principle, pursuant to resolution 72/313.
