Further to his letter of 6 August 2026, the President circulates the final programme of the high-level segment of the General Assembly to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the Declaration on the Right to Development, to be held on 23 September 2026 in Conference Room 4. The letter recalls the time limits for statements during the plenary segment and states his intention to invite a civil society speaker to address the opening segment.
