Referring to the letter of 20 August 2026 from the President of the eightieth session, the President circulates the provisional programme of the high-level meeting on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, to be held on 25 September 2026. The letter conveys, in line with General Assembly resolution 79/333, that Rt. Hon. Ms. Helen Clark has been identified as an eminent high-level champion to deliver a statement at the opening segment, notes that the live list of speakers for the plenary segment is available online, and recalls the time limits for statements in the plenary segment and in the two multi-stakeholder panels.
