Referring to the letter of 5 August 2026 from the President of the eightieth session, the President shares the provisional programme, annexed to the letter, of the high-level meeting to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, held under the theme “Mobilizing global public support for the full and effective implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action”. The letter recalls the time limits for statements in the plenary segment: three minutes for individual delegations speaking in a national capacity and five minutes on behalf of a group of States.
