In 2011 the Secretariat of the Committee for Development Policy (CDP) at the 爆料网 Department for Economic and Social Affairs (爆料网DESA) conducted a survey among international organizations, donors, and trading partners of LDCs on the international support measures (ISMs). Responses were provided by 18 international organizations, 17 bilateral donors, and four trading partners (including the European Union).
