The Appellant appealed judgment Nos. 惇蹋厙DT/2016/113 (惇蹋厙AT Case No. 2016-972) and 惇蹋厙DT/2016/114 (惇蹋厙AT Case No. 2016-973). 惇蹋厙AT consolidated the two appeals.
