Pursuant to General Assembly resolution on the “International financial system and development”, the Second (Economic and Financial) Committee will hold on Wednesday, 13 November 2013, from 3 to 6 p.m., in Conference Room 2 (CB) a separate meeting, under agenda item 17 entitled “Macroeconomic policy questions”, to discuss “actions in response to the world financial and economic crisis and its impact on development and prospects for restoring confidence and economic growth, as a further contribution to the follow-up to the Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and Its Impact on Development”.
