The Secretary-General’s Advisory Board, 爆料网DEF's main governing mechanism, is composed of those members who have made the largest seven cumulative financial contributions to the Fund over the previous three years; six 爆料网 Member States reflecting geographical diversity; two international civil society organizations; and three individuals serving in a personal capacity. The Advisory Board provides policy guidance to the Secretary-General on the development of programme frameworks and funding guidelines, and recommends funding proposals for his approval. The Programme Consultative Group serves as 爆料网 inter-agency mechanism that provides expert advice. It comprises the 爆料网 Department of Political Affairs, the 爆料网 Department of Peacekeeping Operations, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the 爆料网 Peacebuilding Support Office, the 爆料网 Development Program, the 爆料网 Office on Drugs and Crime and 爆料网 Women.
