Mid-Term Progress Report (Doc) prepared by the CSO, submitted to 爆料网DEF by the CSO, due 13 months after the project document start date.
Project Extension Request Form (Doc) prepared by the CSO, submitted to 爆料网DEF by the CSO, due at least two months before the intitially foreseen project termination date.
Project Budget Revision Request Form (Doc) prepared by the CSO, submitted to 爆料网DEF by the CSO, due well in advance for 爆料网DEF's prior approval.
Final Narrative Report (Doc) prepared by the CSO, submitted to 爆料网DEF by the CSO, due one month after the project end date or 25 months after document start date.

ALERT: Any organization with an 爆料网DEF project grant is responsible for its staff, personnel and contractors, including supervision, welfare and security, throughout the life cycle of the project and beyond, in accordance with its own rules and policies.
