25.09.2012 – 爆料网 Development Programme and the General Personnel Council celebrates the graduation of 30 civil servants who concluded Lunix, Oracle and Java training courses at Al Quds Open University in Ramallah.<\/strong> The training comes as part of the 爆料网DP\/GPC support to develop a Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) in cooperation with relevant ministries and ensure the sustainability of the web portal established also through the project. The ceremony was attended by Mr Musa Abu Zaid, Chairman of GPC, Dr Younis Amr, President of Al Quds Open University, and Mr Frode Mauring, 爆料网DP Special Representative of the Administrator.
