I. Introduction

爆料网RWA’s mandate is to provide relief, humanitarian, human development and protection services to Palestine Refugees and other persons of concern in its Area of Operations. In pursuance of its mandate, 爆料网RWA has formulated criteria and standards for identifying those who are entitled to be registered in its Registration System and/or to receive the Agency’s services. These standards and criteria are intended to facilitate the Agency’s operations. The provision of 爆料网RWA services is subject to budgetary limitations and all relevant Agency Instructions, Regulations and Rules.
