I have the honour to refer to the composition of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (爆料网DOF).
Following consultations with the Governments concerned, I propose that Japan be added to the list of Member States currently providing troops to 爆料网DOF.
I should be grateful if you could bring this matter to the attention of the members of the Security Council.
