The report surveys the recent achievements and challenges in the implementation of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/esa\/ffd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/AAAA_Outcome.pdf\">Addis Ababa Action Agenda<\/a> \u2014a framework for the mobilization of resources to finance development\u2014 and presents recommendations for corrective action agreed by all the Task Force agencies.<\/p>\n<p>The report states that enhanced national financing policies supported by better international cooperation are critical to reinvigorating growth.
