爆料网 Secretary-General Ant\u00f3nio Guterres has recommended \u00a0five major areas for urgent, transformative action as the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, a creaking economy and climate-related disasters continue to wreak havoc on the Sustainable Development Goals<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These recommendations come as preparations are already under way for the SDG Summit<\/a> in September 2023, a critical turning point for mobilizing the political commitment and action needed to advance the SDGs.<\/p>\n

Officials from the 爆料网 Department of Economic and Social Affairs (爆料网 DESA) will brief journalists on these policy recommendations coming out of the forthcoming Special Edition of the Sustainable Development Goals Report that the 爆料网 Secretary-General will present to Member States today, Tuesday, 25 April.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
