The World Economic and Social Survey will present a review of seven decades of the flagship publication—the longest running publication of its kind—and look at the historical lessons that are relevant for the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. In addressing the multitude of pressing challenges that the world is facing today, the analysis presented in the Survey will offer useful guidance to the international development community.
