href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/peacekeeping\/resources\/statistics\/factsheet.shtml\">120,000\u540d\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7ef4\u548c\u4eba\u5458<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u4fdd\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u548c\u5efa\u8bbe\u548c\u5e73\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u652f\u52a9\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u5404\u56fd\u5960\u5b9a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u548c\u5e73\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/peacekeeping\/\">\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u5e73\u884c\u52a8\u90e8<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/peacekeeping\/about\/dfs\/\">\u5916\u52e4\u652f\u52a9\u90e8<\/a>\u8d1f\u8d23\u786e\u7acb\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/peacekeeping\/operations\/current.shtml\">\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u5e73\u884c\u52a8<\/a>\uff0c\u8fd8\u8d1f\u8d23\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e9b\u8054\u5408\u56fd<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/undpa\/\">\u653f\u6cbb\u7279\u6d3e\u56e2<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u52a9\u3002\u7ef4\u548c\u884c\u52a8\u90e8\u9886\u5bfc\u7740\u52a0\u5f3a\u53f8\u6cd5\u548c\u60e9\u6212\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6709\u7ef4\u548c\u884c\u52a8\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u95e8\u6539\u9769\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5bfc\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u3000\u3000<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/peacekeeping\/issues\/ruleoflaw\/\">\u6cd5\u6cbb\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u673a\u6784\u529e\u516c\u5ba4<\/a>\uff08<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/zh\/documents\/view_doc.asp?symbol=A\/RES\/61\/279\">A\/RES\/61\/279<\/a>\uff09\u652f\u6301\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u5e73\u884c\u52a8\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u7279\u6d3e\u56e2\u7684\u6cd5\u6cbb\u90e8\u95e8\u914d\u5408\u56fd\u5bb6\u5f53\u5c40\u4fdd\u62a4\u5e73\u6c11\u3001\u6269\u5927\u56fd\u5bb6\u6743\u529b\u3001\u6062\u590d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u548c\u79e9\u5e8f\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u51b2\u7a81\u548c\u51b2\u7a81\u540e\u5c40\u52bf\u3002\u6cd5\u6cbb\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u673a\u6784\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5728\u8b66\u5bdf\u3001\u53f8\u6cd5\u3001\u60e9\u6212\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u95e8\u6539\u9769\u3001\u6392\u96f7\u4ee5\u53ca\u590d\u5458\u6218\u6597\u4eba\u5458\u91cd\u65b0\u878d\u5165\u5e73\u6c11\u751f\u6d3b\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u9886\u57df\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u6307\u5bfc\u3002 href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/en\/peacekeeping\/sites\/police\">\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u8b66\u5bdf<\/a>\u5728\u548c\u5e73\u884c\u52a8\u4e2d\u670d\u5f79\u3002\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u8b66\u5bdf\u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u652f\u6301\u5904\u4e8e\u51b2\u7a81\u3001\u51b2\u7a81\u540e\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5371\u673a\u5c40\u52bf\u4e0b\u7684\u4f1a\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5177\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u4e13\u4e1a\u6c34\u51c6\u7684\u6709\u6210\u6548\u3001\u6709\u6548\u7387\u3001\u6709\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u3001\u53cd\u5e94\u7075\u654f\u3001\u8d1f\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u8b66\u5bdf\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7406\u60f3\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u5e73\u4e0e\u5b89\u5168\u3002
