Law Enforcement Training National Capability Building Program for Fishery Law Enforcers ( NCBPFLE)
Objectives:
- To train future Fishery Law Enforcement Officers and to enhance their capability as law enforcers in the conduct of Monitoring Control and Surveillance
- To develop, produce and augment BFAR personnel's technical expert in identifying fish suspected caught through explosives
