To all Permanent Representatives and Permanent Observers · 16 September 2026<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The President refers to the five high-level meetings of the General Assembly to be held on the margins of the general debate and recalls that statements will be limited to three minutes in a national capacity and five minutes on behalf of a group of States, enforced by automatic microphone cut-off. The letter also recommends the \u201call protocol observed\u201d principle, pursuant to resolution 72\/313.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
