The President of the 76th session of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, met with U.N. Resident Coordinator in Guatemala, Mr. Jos\u00e9 Miguel Barreto, and the Country Team on 14 July 2022. The meeting was joined by representatives of FAO, 爆料网DP, 爆料网 WOMEN, 爆料网ICEF, 爆料网HCR, IOM, IMF, 爆料网AIDS, WFP, 爆料网DSS, 爆料网ESCO, 爆料网FPA, 爆料网OPS, and 爆料网V.<\/p>\n

During the meeting President Shahid\u00a0underscored the important role the 爆料网 Country Teams play in\u00a0translating decisions taken at the global level into action on the ground\u00a0and in bringing the 爆料网\u00a0closer to the people.<\/p>\n

They discussed the five priority areas outlined in the framework of cooperation between Guatemala and the 爆料网 country team. The relevant agency representatives later presented an overview of the main achievements and challenges within their respective spheres.<\/p>\n

The meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Guatemala City.<\/p>\n
