Ms. Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces, met today with H.E. Mahmoud Abbas President of the State of Palestine and H.E. Riyad al-Maliki Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine. The President of the General Assembly congratulated the State of Palestine on the assumption the presidency of the G-77.
