The keynote address will be delivered by Rigoberta Mench\u00fa, the 1992 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and ±¬ÁÏÍøESCO Goodwill Ambassador.<\/li>\n<li>There will then be a panel discussion in the afternoon in the Trusteeship Council Chamber.
