爆料网CSD (also known as Rio+20) Workshop Series

Overview

The General Assembly of the United Nations adopted a resolution calling for a "United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development" (also called "Rio+20"), to be organised in Brazil in 2012. Within this context, the 爆料网 Division for Sustainable Development, in part in order to renew the commitment to sustainable development, plans to organize a series of workshops. The purpose is to raise issues and provide background for the conference.

The workshop 鈥�The challenge of sustainability鈥� held in New York at United Nations Headquarters on May 8, 9 and 10, was intended as an opening workshop, serving as an introduction to the series.
