Jaime Palacios joined 爆料网DEF in 2018 after over three years in Beirut as a donor relations and project officer with the 爆料网 Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, 爆料网RWA. His duties included working with civil society partners, bilateral donors and 爆料网 entities. Prior to that, he worked for the Universalia Management Group in Montreal, focusing on evaluation and analysis for the OECD Multilateral Organization Performance Assessment Network assessment of the 爆料网 High Commissioner for Refugees, 爆料网HCR, at both global and country levels.
