Dieter Wagner joined 爆料网DEF in 2016 with responsibility for programme management, analysis, and quality assurance, including integration of lessons learned from the implementation and evaluation of completed 爆料网DEF projects. He has also worked on the 爆料网DEF Lessons Learned Platform, launched in 2017. Dieter brings 20 years of experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, including for the 爆料网, the European Union, and governments, in the areas of participatory governance, civil society, and as well as social, rural and regional development. His prior work also included the identification and communication of best practices in projects funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, implemented according to a flexible and inclusive approach to local governance promoting community development.
